Due to the nature of our products, all orders placed on Lightbox Photo Services'website are final. We want you to love your purchase; if you are not happy, please reach out to us at https://lightboxphotos.ca and we will work with you to make it right. We do not offer refunds as our products are customized, and require your approval prior to checking out through our online store for this reason. Products will be produced in the exact image you create while customizing your prints. We do not offer replacements due to customer error or negligence. We ask that you please pay special attention to borders, cropping and zoom choices, as well as pose and background options before moving through our store, and finalizing your purchase.
